ugh gotta step up the cardio and reduce the snacking… goodbye lovely pippin waffle station (delicious but seriously has no nutritional value) && even more ahmazing cookies..
gotta stick to this:
breakfast: pippin veggie omelet w/ fruit
snack: fruit (buy more fruit from traderjoes!)
lunch: vegetarian dish or open faced almond butter sandwich or salad
dinner: vegetarian side dishes
